Always enhancing the healthy aspects of the traditional Mediterranean diet. cooking class informationClasses are organized for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people. They are held in both Italian and English, last 2 hours and consist of both theory and practical hands-on learning. At the beginning of the lessons participants will receive written recipes for the dishes to be prepared during the class, together with a pen and notepad; upon conclusion they will be offered an aperitif and awarded personalized cooking diplomas.
