La Spola is a small store adjacent to Le Tre Vaselle and close to the Wine Museum. The name brings to mind the loom, and prominently displayed within the store visitors can find the exclusive hand-woven fabrics spun on the many looms still used in the region to this day, from Perugia to Città di Castello.

paper, wood and precious metals

The Art of Paper is a treasure trove of etchings, planners, notepads, photo albums, cards and games, while in the Papier-Mâché section one can find objects with an incredible likeness to fruits.

Numerous bronze artefacts are on sale in the store, as well as pieces wrought from precious metals with both ancient and modern techniques such as ancient Etruscan gold and bronze goblets.

Enriched with the intricate carvings that only a master artisan can execute, The Wooden Wonders displays works of art with the timeless appeal of quality hand-made artefacts.
