The Food & Art Italian Experience, in the beautiful umbrian context of the Wine & Spa Resort La Tre Vaselle, is dedicated to cooking courses and itineraries, specifically designed by ALMA faculty chefs and experts, based on a fun and informative approach and thought for foodies, students and professionals who are eager to learn Italian cuisine, enology, art and culture through an authentic and dynamic experience.
The weekly program (VIDEO) is completely dedicated to the discovery of Italian food and wine culture, regional cuisine, wines, products and raw materials. A five sense journey through hands-on classes on regional cuisine, wine tastings, a fine dining experience in a top quality restaurant and fun field trips.
The packages include a fun cooking class about Italian regional cuisine with ALMA chefs and a tasting lunch, two nights accommodation, full access to the unique and exclusive Bellauve vinotherapy Spa of the Resort and a visit of the Wine Museum of Torgiano. A must to do for foodies!
