The Classic rooms are ideal for couples travelling or a brief stay during an itinerant holiday.

The 9 rooms are of variable size, from 30 to 34 squared metres. The windows overlook the quiet streets of the medieval village and on the large Tevere valley. The polished furniture typical of the ‘600 – ‘700 Umbrian style make our classic rooms welcoming and comfortable.

Wine Tastings

Wine tasting in our Medieval winery with a sommelier, from the Linea Classica to the Riserva Lungarotti, with or without charcuterie board; tasting is also available for small groups at the Bar del Fauno or directly at the table, during lunch or dinner

Cooking Classes

Cooking classes with a Chef at our Scuola della Vecchia Fornace, with dedicated posts and different cooking solutions – starting from 4 people
