General Conditions

RESERVATIONS

Our Hotel can be booked directly through our website also by phone or email contacts provided in our web site. In the case of direct booking, the Hotel undertakes to guarantee the best available rate, after comparison with the various portals online¹.
All bookings made directly to the hotel must be followed by a deposit equal to 30% of the full amount of the reservation, through one of the following methods:
By using the form for the authorization to withdraw the credit card, provided by the hotel or available here, which must be fully completed by the customer and returned together with a valid identity document of the cardholder.

No amount will be charged to the customer until its arrival in the hotel, except in the cases provided for by our cancellation policy (see below).

CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations can be canceled within 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time without any penalty, unless prior agreement directly with the hotel (e.g. last minute bookings; group bookings; room bookings connected to an event in the premises, meeting, wedding, etc.) ². In the event of total or partial cancellation of the reservation starting from the previous 72 hours, the amount paid as a deposit will not be refunded.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The scheduled check-in time is 2.30 pm. If, for any reason, the customer needs an early arrival, this can be arranged directly with the hotel reservation office least 24 hours in advance of the actual arrival time, and will be subject to hotel availability. ³
Check-out time is usually at 10.30 am. If, for any reason, the customer needs to postponed the departure, this can be arranged directly with the hotel reservation office at least 24 hours before the scheduled checkout time, and will be subject to the availability of the ‘hotel. ³ In the eventuality of a delayed departure, the
hotel will apply a supplement as follows:

Late departure holding the room within 3.00 pm you will be asked for a supplement of € 40.00, within 08.00 pm € 60.00.
If you like to benefit of the hotel services (swimming pool, restaurants, etc.) on the departure day, you can leave your luggage at the front desk of the hotel free of charge.
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
For all our restaurant services please contact the front desk of the hotel. It is required a reservation, at least two hours in advance of the scheduled meal time, it will be possible to agree on special conditions (Half Board only on certain days, participation in special catering events, etc.) without reservation time conditions and subject to availability by the Hotel.
The dressing code required for dinner is:

“Le Melograne” Restaurant – Ladies: formal, elegant; Gentlemen: long trousers and jacket
Alla Vecchia Fornace – Ladies and Gentlemen: informal.
SPA RESERVATIONS
Entrance to the bellaUve SPA is included in room the cost for two hours per day per customer. The entrance includes the use of the whirlpool tub with counter-current swimming, sensory shower, chromotherapy Turkish bath and relaxation area with herbal tea corner. In order to ensure the best possible service for our guests, and to follow the protocols of distance for the safety of our guest and staff, we require the reservation of the time of entry to our reception 4.

For all treatments available on the SPA BellaUve 2021 price list, reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.

ENTRANCE TO THE OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL AND OLIVE PARK
During seasonal opening dates, usually in the period from June to September, the entrance to the outdoor swimming pool is always included in the room price. Upon arrival at the pool area, our staff will provide the customer with a kit of bath towels and all useful information regarding the changing rooms, showers and the gym area.
In order to ensure the best possible service through the distancing and safety of our customers and our staff, we require the communication of the time of entry to our reception desk 4.

PET FRIENDLY HOTEL
All your four-legged friends are welcome in the Resort under the conditions that can be viewed on our dedicated page, and have no entry restrictions in the common areas of the hotel such as restaurants, halls or gardens with the only obligation to always keep them on a leash. Please notify in advance our Reservations Department if your are traveling with your pets in order to organize your stay with the most suitable room and a five-legged service!
The supplement for dog / cat is € 20.00 per night. – No more the two pets for room.

WI-FI
All our customers can make free use of the Wi-Fi network through a personalized code for each device. The Wi-Fi network covers the entire hotel and SPA and the outdoor areas of the Park of olive trees and the swimming pool.

PARKING AREA
Le Tre Vaselle Resort & SPA has a large outdoor parking area, always included in the cost of the room, and an indoor garage available with a supplement of € 10.00 per night per car.

¹ The comparison will be made by our operators and will cover any other online offers visible to the public. Offers will not be taken into consideration for comparative purposes. “Opaque”, ie available only to a limited range of customers or after registration or log-in at portals of any kind (eg Genius booker offers,
company rewards, etc.).

² Our cancellation policy is also subject to the obligations deriving from articles 1256 and 1463 of the civil code and sent. n. 26958/2007 of the Court of Cassation regarding the cases of the so-called due to force majeure.

³ During the summer season, in case of early arrival or postponed departure, it is possible to leave your luggage at the Reception and use the swimming pool area – open from 10.00 to 19.00, which will provide our guess with showers, changing rooms and a bath towel kit. Throughout the year, in the event of early arrival or late departure, you can leave your luggage at the reception and use our restaurants or bars for
lunch or dinner.

4 During high season, holidays or in conjunction with events, the entrances to the SPA or to the outdoor pool may be subject to limitations; such occurrences will in any case be made known to the customer during the booking phase.
