Le Tre Vaselle Resort & SPA is incorporated in Italy with a registered office address in Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, 48 – 06089 Torgiano (PG) and is responsible for all personal data collected when someone uses services and purchases the Company’s products (including online).

Le Tre Vaselle Resort & SPA (Hotel Seven s.r.l Company) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal data of all its guests.
The website of Le Tre Vaselle Resot & SPA is one of its main communication channels, and provides information on our programs and services. The website of Le Tre Vaselle Resot & SPA does not store or collect any personal information about users, except in the case of information that is sent via email or the forms on the site (through an authorization procedure by the customer to process themselves).

This notice is provided in line with our obligations under the Data Protection Act. This privacy policy describes how we collect and use personal data about our customers in accordance with the law protection data.

TYPE OF INFORMATION WE SAVE

When you use the hotel services or purchase your products, it may be necessary to collect, store and use the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: details such as name, maiden name, surname, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
• Contact details: name, title, addresses, telephone numbers and corporate and personal email addresses.
• Profile data: username and password, purchases or orders made, interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
• Financial data: following payments to the Company, we will collect the IBAN, the BIC and the name of your bank / credit institution or credit card details, if necessary.
• Transaction data – details on payments to and from our Customers and other details on the products and services purchased from us.
• Marketing and communication data: data on the preferences and availability of the customer to receive marketing communications from us and from our third parties and the chosen communication methods.
• Interaction and Usage Data: Following communicative interactions with the Hotel, we will record the details of those interactions (for example, phone calls, email correspondence and paper correspondence, as well as information on how you use our website, products and services). In the event of a complaint, we will process the details relating to that complaint.
• Mandatory data: data that is mandatory to collect in order to observe certain legal and regulatory obligations that apply to our business, such as those relating to health and safety.
• Sensitive Data: Personal health information, including any medical conditions, useful to meet any special customer needs regarding our services, including submission with our obligations under the Equal Status Act.
• Technical data: this data includes the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the access data, the browser type and version, the time zone setting and the location, the types and versions of the plug-ins of the browser, operating system and platform and other technologies on the devices used to access this website].

How is personal information collected?
We collect personal data through our interactions with the guest, when they use our services or purchase our products and when our administrative forms are filled in on paper or online for our services and products.

We use different methods to collect data, such as:

• Direct interactions. The client may provide us with his identity information, contacts, financial, interaction and usage data by filling in the forms, using our website or by corresponding with us by post, telephone, email or otherwise.

This includes when:
– purchase our products or services
– subscribe to our service or our publications
– request the sending of marketing material
– participate in a contest, promotion or survey, or
– give feedback.

NB.
Following the new protocols imposed by the government for the health situation related to Covid-19, in execution of the anti-contagion security protocol adopted pursuant to art. 1, no. 7, lett. d) of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 11 March 2020, Le Tre Vaselle Resort & SPA communicates that all personal data, collected for purposes related to the current regulatory provisions, will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes of preventing the contagion from COVID-19. The legal basis of the processing is, therefore, to be found in the implementation of the aforementioned decree.
